Is my data safe? What happens if I leave?
Credentials are encrypted at rest. We never train AI models on your data — full stop. And because Sync Vault keeps a live mirror plus periodic snapshots of every system we touch, you can leave Fixync, switch your CRM, or just download a clean export at any time. Your data leaves with you.
What does the AI actually do, and what does it cost me?
Fixync’s AI reads sample records, asks 3–5 specific diagnostic questions before anything moves, proposes mappings with cited reasoning + confidence, and scans for data-quality issues. Every AI call is logged with token counts and dollar cost. We use a tiered model router — fast lightweight models for bulk operations, more capable ones for complex reasoning, premium models only when the task demands them. You see the estimated cost before the job runs, and our quote always covers our cost so we stay sustainable and you never get a surprise bill.
